Gloria Appodaca – Office Manager

Gloria handles the day to day office operations, shipping, receiving and works closely with the CEO, President and CFO. She joined Enerpulse in August, 2007.
She is a New Mexico Native…..Fluent in English and Spanish.
Gloria has experience in the hotel and jewelry industries.  

Kyle Jones – Information Technology / Testing Support
Kyle maintains the internal computer systems and website with years of experience in IT. He provides support for product development and dyno testing using his knowledge of electronics and computer systems and provides direct customer service / technical support to customers.
He moved to Albuquerque to join Enerpulse in July 2007. He previously lived and worked in San Antonio, TX with AT&T doing technical support for the U-verse service. He currently holds an MCSA and is working towards a degree in electrical engineering.
Kyle was born in Deep South Texas. During his free time, he enjoys his hobbies of mountain biking, building/restoring tube radios and amplifiers, and designing and building electrical circuits for various projects which mostly include the use of embedded microcontrollers. He is currently exploring metalworking to cast, machine, and build small engines in his garage workshop.

Erin Livermore – Customer Service Lead
Erin leads the Customer Service department as well as being responsible for order management and maintaining application data.
Erin was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she was involved in local theater and participated in competitive swimming.  She attended the University of New Mexico where she studied Secondary Education.  Erin joined the Enerpulse team in January 2008.  Prior to her joining Enerpulse, she was a swim instructor and held other administrative and customer service positions. 

Ross Klobuchar – Accountant
Ross handles the day to day accounting functions and provides sourcing support.
He is a Minnesota native and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mankato State University. 
Ross has experience with all aspects of accounting and has worked in many different industries including Gaming, Promotional Products, Door & Window Hardware and Food Service.   In his spare time, he is kept busy by his family life as well participating in various endurance sports. 

Tracylee Anderson – Sales Administration
Tracylee has done just about everything at Enerpulse.  She has worked with Lou for over 10 years starting with the Direct Hits Products.  Today, she works with all International customers as well as supporting the US Tier 1, Tier 2 and Powersports customers.
Tracylee had 10 years experience working in a Law firm prior to her time with Enerpulse.  When she is not working, she spends time having fun with her husband, Kids and grand kids. She loves hosting family and friends, especially for Packer games. 

John Meade – Manufacturing Support
John spends much of his time supporting manufacturing, from Prototype work to maintaining Equipment, you can find John with a tool in hand.  John also supports the testing processes including dyno work.
John attended the University of New Mexico where he studied engineering.  He has automotive parts counter experience, but also spent many years in a dental lab.  In John’s youth he spend a lot of time honing his ski racing skills on the slopes of New Mexico and Colorado.
John’s Passion is his family and his cars.  He spends a lot of time outside the lab working on cars, taking the family skiing and teaching Ethan his son how to follow in Dad’s footsteps.

Irma Holguin – Lab Technician
Irma has spent the last 3 years focused on manufacturing Pulstar.  Much more of her time is now spent building prototypes in the Enerpulse lab. 
Irma has spent 4 years with Enerpulse.  She grew up in Albuquerque where she attended Albuquerque High.  Irma has spent most of her career in Manufacturing. She has experience with Cardinal Health and Ethicon.
When she is not at work Irma spend time with family.  She has four kids and one grandchild.  Her husband is a general contractor in Albuquerque.

Carlos Olguin – Lab Technician
Carlos has spent the last 3 years focused on manufacturing Pulstar.  Currently he spends time between building prototypes in the Enerpulse lab and checking quality of manufactured parts. 
Carlos is a third generation New Mexican.  He has experience in a number of fields including computerized wafer manufacturing and the health and solar industries.  At one point in his career he was a machinist.
In his free time, Carlos loves to watch sports.  He is a big Lakers fan.  When he can he likes visiting his two sons in Dallas.   He has a daughter and grandson in Albuquerque.
